Bolognese sauce recipe  is also known as Bolognaise sauce . In  italian language sauce is mentioned as Ragu alla bolognese , and it originated from italy only .  Bolognaise is a french word for sauce, so we use bolognese much in common

Here is the preparation method for bolognese sauce recipe

Ingerdients :

Olive oil                   :  Few teaspoon

Butter                       :  100 gm

lean pork meat     :  200 gm

beef meat                :  200 gm

Onion                        :  2 nos , chopped finely

Tomato paste        :   50 gm

sweet wine               :   200ml

black pepper          :  1/4 teaspoon

Cheese                      :  little

salt                             :  1/2 teaspoon

Preparation method for bolognese sauce recipe :

  • Add a fry pan , put some oil , and  put the onions andgarlic  fry evenly
  • place a pot and boil some hot water
  • Add beef meat and boil it for 5 mins
  • Add mushroom , paprika , pepper , salt and stir evenly for few mins
  • Now add Tomato paste in the pot and continue to stir
  • Add tomaotoes and wine in to the pot and cover the pot , Let it boil for 15 mins
  • Add Pinch of salt to the boiling water
  • let it boil for few more mins
  • Take the pot and drain the water
  • Add the fry with it and serve with cheese
